Responsibilities:
• Provide ABA therapy services to children with autism, utilizing evidence-based practices and individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including Behavior Technicians, Occupational Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client
• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring to track client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and thorough records of client data, treatment plans, and progress reports
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to stay current on best practices and industry developments

Requirements:
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field
• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) or Certified Associate Behavioral Analyst (CABA)
• At least 1 year of experience working with children with autism and/or intellectual disabilities
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles, methods, and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
