Work Schedule:
Full-time position with regular business hours.
Occasional evening and weekend hours may be required for special events and programs.
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' social, emotional, and psychological needs.
Provide counseling and support to individuals and families facing various challenges.
Provide individual and group counseling, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
Develop and implement service plans that address clients' goals and objectives.
Advocate for clients' rights, access to resources, and social justice issues.
Contribute to program development, evaluation, and grant reporting.
Collaborate with community organizations, government agencies, and volunteers to enhance services.
Participate in team meetings, training, and community outreach activities.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C).
Experience in a nonprofit organization or similar setting is preferred.
Knowledge of social justice, advocacy, trauma-informed care, and community resources.
Strong communication, empathy, and organizational skills.
Salary:
$75,000-100,000 per year plus bonus
