Job Description
Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Magnet ABA. The successful candidate will play a critical role in providing behavioral health services to children on the spectrum both at home and BCBA will be responsible for designing and implementing individualized behavioral intervention plans, conducting assessments, parent training and monitoring overall progress.
This position requires a strong background in behavioral health and a commitment to providing high-quality client care.

Responsibilities
• Conduct patient assessments and behavioral evaluations to identify individualized treatment goals and strategies.
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans that are grounded in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Provide behavioral therapy and support to clients in a variety of settings, including in-home, school and community settings.
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans and make data-driven changes as needed.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records and documentation, adhering to HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including occupational therapists, speech therapists, and psychologists and teachers to ensure comprehensive client care.
• Provide client care and support that prioritizes client safety, dignity, and well‑being.
• Stay current with best practices in behavioral health and ABA, participating in ongoing professional development and training.
Skills and Qualifications
• Master's degree in a relevant field, such as psychology, special education, or apied behavior analysis.
• Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing.
• Proven experience working with individuals with autism and behavioral health needs.
• Strong background in behavioral health and ABA principles.
• Experience with data collection and analysis, and the ability to utilize data to inform treatment decisions.
• Experience with documentation and HIPAA regulations.
