• Manage a consistent caseload of 50-55 students, providing the tools they need for academic and social success.
• Design and implement individualized plans that truly reflect a student's strengths and goals.
• Balance your week with 4 days of direct student engagement on campus and 1 day dedicated to remote services, paperwork, and planning.
• Work alongside teachers, parents, and administrators to integrate data-driven Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs and build an inclusive environment.
Qualifications:
• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid CA-SLPAB Speech-Language Pathologist License (or eligibility)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for a Clinical Fellowship (CFY)
• A passion for working with the high school population and a collaborative spirit
