Job Description

Make a meaningful impact supporting students across elementary, middle, and high school settings by partnering with dedicated educational teams. In this contract opportunity, your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will guide school staff in implementing effective behavioral interventions, ultimately fostering positive learning environments.

Key Qualifications:
• Active BCBA certification
• Valid state licensure
• Demonstrated experience working with students in elementary, middle, and high school levels
• Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis principles
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Experience supporting multidisciplinary teams in educational settings
Primary Responsibilities:
• Develop and oversee behavior intervention plans tailored to individual students' needs
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and interpret data to inform interventions
• Collaborate regularly with teachers, administrators, and support staff on behavioral strategies and classroom management
• Provide coaching and training to school personnel on behavioral best practices
• Engage with families to support consistency between home and school environments
• Monitor student progress and adjust plans to maximize positive outcomes
