ill work directly with young learners and their families, with RBTs, BTs, or mid-level staff implementing the three-tiered model to deliver both evidence-based caregiver coaching and direct ABA supervision. This hands-on, in-person approach allows you to provide consistent, high-quality supervision and interventions while empowering parents and your team with the tools and strategies needed to support the clients' growth and success during their most critical developmental years.

Position: Full -Time In Person Behavior Analyst, Direct Services
Provide One-to-One Parent Coaching:
Model the implementation of individualized ABA interventions
Your hourly rate for this position will be $ 77- $83 per hour
As a full-time employee, you will be paid on a bi-weekly basis, and your hours will be tracked and submitted to our payroll department.
Ethics and Professionalism: Adherence to professional and ethical standards outlined by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and local regulatory bodies.

Every client has unique needs, and ABA SHINE tailors intervention programs to increase desired behaviors and decrease unwanted behavior. Eventually, ABA SHINE's focal point is that all clients reach their full potential. Our goal is to work with families to produce the treatment intervention program that will help enhance the lives of our clients and their families.
