Job Description

le can be fully remote within North Carolina or based in our Hickory / Conover region.

This is not simply a translation need. This is about delivering high-quality, culturally responsive care and ensuring families feel understood from the very first conversation.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Provide clinical supervision and oversight for both English and Spanish-speaking families
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs
• Maintain high clinical standards aligned with ethical ABA practice
• Partner with families in their preferred language to promote clarity and comfort

QUALIFICATIONS
• Active BCBA certification
• Licensed or license-eligible in North Carolina
• Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages
• Commitment to culturally responsive care

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
• Salary range of $85,000 to $95,000 based on experience and competency
• Premium rate for Spanish-speaking BCBAs
• Up to $20,000 yearly bonus based on consistency and clinical quality - No additional billable hours needed
• Medical, dental, and vision, and 401(k)
• 15 days of paid time off
• Paid holidays
• In-house CEUs available
• Ongoing mentorship and clear opportunities for growth
• Company laptop provided

SCHEDULE
• Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8-5
• No evenings, weekends, or major holidays!

WORK MODEL

After 90 days, NC BCBAs may complete up to 10 hours per week remotely, supporting strong work life balance while maintaining meaningful center engagement.
• Greater Charlotte area: Hybrid schedule with up to 1 remote day per week
• Outside the Charlotte area (NC only): Fully remote
• Quarterly in-person collaboration (4 times per year)
• Required travel for quarterly visits coordinated and covered by the company

• Structured routines modeled after preschool environments
• Group learning opportunities and peer interaction
• Foundational communication, social, and adaptive skills
• Early academic readiness such as prewriting, matching, early counting
• Behavior support strategies for classroom expectations
• Family collaboration to ensure smooth school transitions

Collaboration with Five Filly Farm (Coming in 2026)

Five Filly Farm will expand Autism 360’s clinical model beyond traditional walls, blending evidence-based ABA with hands-on, nature-rich experiences. This collaboration offers BCBAs the opportunity to practice innovative programming that supports engagement, independence, and skill generalization in real-world settings.

• Animal care and husbandry
• Outdoor therapeutic activities and movement-based experiences
• Nature-integrated rotations that support engagement and independence
• Opportunities for clinicians to help design and shape new programming
