Key Qualifications:
• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Demonstrated experience in a school-based environment as an RBT
• Ability to adapt to changing assignments as student needs evolve
• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
• Strong organizational skills to meet documentation and program requirements
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
Role Responsibilities:
• Deliver direct behavioral interventions to students, adhering to prescribed behavior plans
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and behavior analysts to support student progress
• Document session notes and track data on student behaviors and achievements
• Foster a supportive, encouraging environment for students with varying needs
• Travel between schools within the district as assignments change
• Complete all required credentialing steps, including fingerprint clearance through the Texas Education Agency prior to starting
