We are currently seeking passionate and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing team. What You'll Do
• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Design, supervise, and monitor ABA programs that promote meaningful outcomes
• Analyze client data and adjust interventions based on client progress
• Provide supervision, training, and mentorship to RBTs and clinical staff
• Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary professionals
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Uphold ethical standards and best practices in ABA services
• Champion our culture of communication, innovation, and compassionate care
What We're Looking For
• Current BCBA certification in good standing
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and evidence-based interventions
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Commitment to high-quality client care and ethical practice
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a dynamic environment
