What You'll Do
As our BCBA, you'll be at the heart of transforming lives:
• Conduct assessments, create individualized treatment plans, provide parent training, and supervise RBTs. We use CentralReach!
• Collaborate with your clinical team to ensure best practices and high-quality outcomes
• Maintain documentation and compliance with QA support
• Participate in ongoing professional development
• Collaborate, innovate, and lead in creating a caring community.
Your Qualifications
• BCBA Certification
• Strong clinical and decision-making skills
• Stellar organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
