Job Description

that empowers children with autism to thrive — one session at a time.

What You’ll Do as a Behavior Technician (BT): As a Behavior Technician (BT), you’ll deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll help children with autism reach important goals — while staying engaged, playful, and active.

You will:
• Work directly with children to implement individualized ABA treatment plans
• Track progress through accurate session data and notes
• Communicate with families and your clinical team to support success

• 40-hour RBT course included
• You’ll be mentored and supervised every step of the way
• No RBT certification yet? No problem — we’ll help you get there!

• Passion for working with children and helping others grow
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• 1+ year of experience with kids or individuals with special needs (preferred)
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (required)

• Afternoon and after-school sessions (Monday–Friday; weekends as needed)
• 15–25+ hours per week depending on your availability and client needs

• Paid training
• Flexible scheduling
• Increased pay when you become a certified RBT
• Paid time off (PTO)
• License/certification support
