Work-Life Balance & Schedule
• Full-time position with 4-day or 5-day work week options
• Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Minimum expectation: 30 treatment hours per week (120 hours per month)
• Reduced minimum expectation for your first month to provide a low-stress onboarding experience
• 22 paid days off (12 PTO + 10 paid holidays)
• 6 weeks paid parental leave (birth/adoption)

Compensation & Bonus Structure

Clinical Fellows begin at the CF base salary and receive a corresponding base salary increase upon successful completion of the Clinical Fellowship and attainment of CCC-SLP certification.

Base Salary:
• Clinical Fellow (CF): $65,000+ per year
• CCC-SLP: $75,000–$85,000 per year

Performance-Based Bonus Opportunity:

All CFs and SLPs participate in our structured bonus model.
• Required baseline: 30 treatment hours per week (120 hours per month)
• Opportunity to provide additional treatment hours beyond 30 per week
• Maximum of 37 treatment hours per week (148 hours per month)

By increasing treatment hours, clinicians can earn:
• Up to an additional $1,680 per month
• Up to an additional $20,160 per year
