Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health concerns and determine their treatment needs.
Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to address clients' unique challenges and goals.
Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based approaches to therapy.
Collaborate closely with other members of the treatment team, such as psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for clients.
Provide education and support to clients' families, promoting understanding and active participation in the recovery process.
Maintain accurate and confidential records in full compliance with regulatory and ethical guidelines.
Qualifications:
Current and valid license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
Master's degree or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
Demonstrate specialized training or extensive experience in mental health counseling.
Possess a solid understanding of evidence-based practices for various mental health disorders.
Showcase exceptional therapeutic and counseling skills, with the ability to establish a strong rapport and motivate clients along their recovery journey.
