Job Description

r an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their growing team!

Requirements (Mandatory):
• Must be a certified BCBA in good standing.
• No new graduates. Minimum of 1 full year of experience as a certified BCBA is required.
• Must have proven, hands-on experience successfully assessing and treating severe challenging behaviors (aggression, elopement).
• Must be comfortable and competent working independently in a home-based setting.
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients and families.
• Must have availability for the core schedule: Monday - Friday, 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with PDA (Pathological Demand Avoidance) profile is highly preferred.
• NYC Department of Education (DOE) candidates accepted.
• Flexibility to work some weekend hours to ensure a guaranteed 30-hour work week.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct functional assessments and develop individualized treatment plans (BIPs).
• Lead and manage all aspects of the cases independently.
• Conduct parent training sessions to ensure generalization of skills.
• Potentially provide services in community settings.
