Job Description

Position Summary

We are seeking experienced and dedicated Fieldwork Supervisors to support BCBA supervisees completing fieldwork requirements. Positions are available in multiple states and may be structured as hybrid or telehealth depending on location and operational needs.

Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available. Part-time candidates must maintain a minimum of 15 hours of weekly availability.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide fieldwork supervision and mentorship in accordance with BACB standards and company expectations.
• Facilitate group supervisions and oversee unrestricted and restricted fieldwork activities
• Collaborate closely with each supervisee’s responsible supervisor to ensure continuity of training and clinical support.
• Support supervisees in clinical skill development, professional growth, and case management.
• Maintain a small caseload
• Participate in clinical meetings, supervision reviews, and ongoing mentorship initiatives.
• Ensure all supervision and clinical activities remain compliant with applicable state and BACB requirements.

Qualifications
• Active BCBA license for a minimum of 5 years.
• Must hold active licensure in each state where supervision services are provided.
• Previous experience providing fieldwork supervision and mentorship.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across clinical teams.
