Immediate Student Openings
1. Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 8:45am - 12:15pm
2. Tuesday & Thursday from 8:15am - 12:15pm
3. Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 12:45pm - 4:15 PM

Duties
• Implement behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles to promote positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Collect and record accurate data on behavior patterns, progress, and responses to interventions to inform ongoing treatment plans.
• Support teaching sessions by reinforcing skills across communication, socialization, academic, and life skills domains.
• Collaborate with supervisors and therapists to develop and update individualized care plans tailored to each child's needs.
• Foster a safe, nurturing environment that encourages learning and emotional well-being for children with autism.
• Engage in ongoing training related to behavioral health, behavior management techniques, and special education strategies to enhance your skills.
• Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and team members to ensure consistency in care and support.

Skills
• Proficient in data collection methods and documentation practices.
• Knowledgeable in special education principles and practices.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations regarding client confidentiality.
• Experience in developing and implementing care plans for individuals with autism.
• Understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques.
• Ability to work collaboratively with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication skills for educating clients and caregivers effectively.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is highly desirable.

Qualifications
