Job Description
ABA therapy to help individuals with Autism reach their full potential
• Providing therapy services in a home-based setting
• Collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans for each child
What you will bring:
• A Bachelor's degree in any field required
• A passion for working with children with autism spectrum disorder and their families!
What we offer:
• Pay: $19 starting rate with no experience $19 - $24/hour based on experience
• Paid training for new candidates in ABA
• 1 week of paid Holidays, 4 weeks of accrued Paid Time Off (PTO)
• Paid drive time
• No-cost supervision hours
• Fieldwork mentorship program offered to BCBA candidates
• Full-time eligible for benefits. Full time positions are guaranteed 30+ hours per week.
Schedule:
• 6-8 hour day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Saturdays Available (optional; not required)
• Flexible scheduling within operating hours (8:00AM- 6:00PM).
• GUARANTEED scheduled hours.
