Position: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Elk Grove, CA

• Active RBT certification in good standing
• Previous experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in an educational setting
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Ability to implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and ongoing professional growth
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver one-on-one and small group behavioral interventions based on Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Collect and maintain accurate data on student behavior and treatment outcomes
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families for optimal student progress
• Adapt support methods to individual student needs and environments
• Attend relevant meetings, trainings, and professional development sessions as required
• Maintain compassionate, consistent, and ethical conduct at all times
