About the Role

The Clinical Research Technician II collaborates with clinic teams to execute clinical trial activities in compliance with study protocols, GCP, and SOPs.
Responsibilities
• Ensure confidentiality of trial participants and sponsors.
• Understand and adhere to protocol-driven timed study events and collection windows.
• Report deviations to supervisors.
• Prepare and clean workstations.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, quality, and safety.
• Perform activities such as sample handling, safety measurements, oral IP administration, blood collection, and questionnaire administration.
• Interact with participants professionally and courteously.
• Report participant misconduct.
• Provide feedback on study progress.
• Communicate issues and resolutions proactively.
• Mentor and coach new staff.
• Complete required training.
Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED; college degree and related experience preferred.
• Certified Phlebotomy Technician license or Medical Assistant certification.
• Phlebotomy experience.
• Current BLS (CPR/AED) certification.

Qualifications

  • Certified Phlebotomy Technician license or Medical Assistant certification
  • Phlebotomy experience
  • Current BLS (CPR/AED) certification
