What We’re Looking For:
• Active RBT certification (or willing to complete it before starting)
• Experience with kids in behavioral, educational, or developmental settings (preferred, not required)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Detail-oriented and reliable
• Passion for helping kids grow in positive, consistent environments
• Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback
Your Day-to-Day:
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
• Follow individualized treatment plans
• Collect accurate behavior and skills data
• Help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills
• Stay in touch with your clinical supervisor
• Maintain ethical, professional interactions at all times

Behavior Technician Responsibilities:
• Work directly with children under the supervision of a BCBA to implement individualized ABA therapy.
• Follow treatment plans and interventions designed to improve communication, behavior, and daily living skills.
• Accurately record session data and provide feedback to supervisors.
• Build strong, consistent relationships with clients and families.
• Maintain professionalism and compassion in all interactions.
• Participate in team meetings and complete required training.
