Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Optimum Behavioral Health (OBH) – San Diego, CA

Optimum Behavioral Health (OBH) is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team in South County San Diego. As an RBT, you will deliver high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children diagnosed with autism in both clinic and home-based settings. Key Responsibilities
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, clinic, and community environments
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA
• Collect, record, and maintain accurate behavioral data
• Support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members to promote meaningful progress

Qualifications
• Availability: Full time or part time 15-30 hours per week
• Certification: Active RBT credential or willingness to complete RBT training (provided by OBH)
• Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or a related field (or currently enrolled)
• Experience: Minimum of one year working with children (experience in behavioral health preferred)
• Requirements: Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and ability to travel to client locations
• Attributes: Compassionate, dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to improving the lives of children and families
