Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for patients with speech and language disorders
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions to improve communication and swallowing skills
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and families to provide a comprehensive approach to patient care
• Maintain accurate records of patient progress and communicate findings to relevant parties
• Stay up-to-date on advances in speech therapy techniques and technologies
• Participate in team meetings and trainings to support professional development
Qualifications and Skills:
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state license in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
• Experience working with pediatric and/or adult populations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
