Job Summary for the RBT

The ideal candidate will work with individuals who have developmental disabilities and assist in implementing behavior intervention plans.

Responsibilities of the RBT
• Implement behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts
• Provide direct 1:1 therapy to individuals
• Collect data on targeted behaviors
• Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure consistency in implementation
• Assist in the development of individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records

Qualifications of the RBT
• RBT Certification
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities
• Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques
• Ability to work with people with developmental disabilities in a compassionate and professional manner
