Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Behavior Technician located in all across NJ. The Behavior Technician will implement individualized treatment plans designed to address behavioral and developmental goals for children. Key responsibilities include observing and recording behavior, assisting with behavioral interventions, supporting social and emotional learning, and collaborating with families and team members to ensure the best outcomes. The position requires adherence to ethical practices and established protocols for working with children and families.

Qualifications
• Experience in implementing Behavioral Interventions
• Knowledge of Psychology and basic behavioral health principles
• Excellent Communication skills, including active listening and clear verbal expression
• Ability to work collaboratively with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Patience, adaptability, and a compassionate approach
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is a plus
• Previous experience working with children in a therapeutic or educational setting is preferred
