What You’ll Be Doing
• Lead by example and support Behavior Technicians, ensuring treatment plans are implemented with high fidelity
• Conduct FBAs and develop innovative ABA programs, continuously evaluate client needs, provide parent education and problem‑solving
• Remain calm, professional, and flexible in challenging situations and seek growth opportunities
• Communicate proactively, take initiative, and foster collaboration and learning
What We’re Looking For
• Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the BACB
• Position subject to criminal background check, TB test, pre‑employment physical, and MMR/VZV immunizations with costs covered during onboarding
