Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Salary: $90K–$110K + Monthly Bonuses

Treetop ABA is expanding our In-Home Services in Santa Fe, and we’re seeking a passionate Full Time BCBA to support children and families where progress happens every day—at home and in the community.
This hybrid role blends meaningful in-person client work with remote flexibility. You’ll spend part of your week delivering and overseeing in-home ABA services, while the remaining time is dedicated to clinical planning, documentation, and collaboration from home.
Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
Conduct assessments and monitor client progress in home-based settings
Supervise, train, and mentor RBTs providing in-home services
Balance direct in-home support with remote clinical work and team collaboration

Active BCBA certification (required)
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
