Board Certified Behavior Analyst (New Graduates Accepted) - Lehi, UT
Job Type: Full-Time (On-site, Early Childhood Program)
Shift: Days (7:30 AM - 5:30 PM - No weekends or on-call)
Setting: School Based
Job Summary:
Join a dynamic and collaborative team delivering innovative ABA services embedded within a high-quality early childhood program. This role offers hands-on, real-time collaboration with educators and families in an inclusive, play-based classroom environment, designed to foster meaningful developmental progress for children ages 2 to 5.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Design and implement behavior intervention plans within play-based classroom settings
• Collaborate closely with teachers, caregivers, and RBTs to support children's social and developmental goals
• Provide live coaching and mentorship to RBTs and supervise college interns (for senior roles)
• Utilize tools such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS, and electronic data systems for assessments and data tracking
• Participate in regular team debriefs and interdisciplinary brainstorming sessions
• Celebrate and document meaningful child progress beyond data collection
• Lead and contribute to a positive team culture emphasizing inclusion, integrity, and joy
Qualifications, Experience & Licensure:
• BCBA certification and Utah Behavior Analyst license required
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field (Autism Studies, Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or Special Education preferred)
• Minimum 3 years experience preferred for Senior BCBA role ( New graduates are considered )
• Experience working with children ages 2-5 years old.
• Skilled in early intervention, verbal behavior, and functional assessments
• Comfortable coaching and leading RBTs and engaging with caregivers
• Passion for inclusion and collaborative teamwork in early childhood settings
