What You Will Do

Kids First is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our growing team. As a BCBA, you will:
• Conduct assessments and monitor clients using a hybrid or remote work model.
• Create strategies to reach goals based on the client’s individual assessment.
• Strategically modify the client’s environment to aid in behavioral changes.
• Develop ABA treatment plans aligned with the client’s goals.
• Train our team of Behavior Technicians to implement the client’s treatment plan and ensure proper documentation of notes and progress, as well as provide them with ongoing support and supervision.
• Provide ongoing support and instruction to clients’ families.
• Receive full training and support from our Quality Assurance Team

What We Are Looking For:

You have a(n):
• Current BCBA license.
• New York state LBA (required)
• Master’s Degree in Behavioral Analysis, Education, Psychology, or a related field
• The ability to communicate effectively and clearly (written and oral communication).
• Demonstrated ability to responsibly work with confidential information.
• Ability to stay organized while multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Track record of working with children and/or adolescents on the autism spectrum and with developmental disabilities.
• Have an ability to service clients in the Buffalo area and out of the Buffalo clinic (14226)
