Autism Center of Excellence is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our Fayetteville, NC clinic. We are looking for a clinically strong BCBA who wants to work in a supportive, team-oriented environment where quality care, collaboration, and work-life balance are genuinely valued.

Position Responsibilities:
• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Design and oversee ABA programming and behavior intervention plans
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavior Technicians
• Monitor client progress and make clinical modifications as appropriate
• Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members

Schedule:
This is a full-time, in-person position requiring reasonable flexibility in work hours to meet client, clinical, and operational needs.
