We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate BCBA to join our team. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, supervising behavior technicians, monitoring client progress, and collaborating with families and other professionals to ensure high-quality ABA services.
We are currently seeking a BCBA to provide clinical supervision and support for RBTs delivering ABA services in school settings. This position requires conducting in-person school-based supervision at least once per week between 8:30 AM and 2:30 PM, collaborating with school staff and families, monitoring client progress, and ensuring treatment plans are implemented with fidelity. Daytime hours are available.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct behavioral assessments, including functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Analyze data and make clinical recommendations based on client progress.
• Provide supervision, training, and support to RBTs and behavior technicians.
• Conduct parent and caregiver training sessions.
• Complete treatment plans, progress reports, and other clinical documentation in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, schools, and other service providers.
• Ensure services are provided in accordance with BACB Ethics Code and payer requirements.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.
Qualifications:
• Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Active state licensure - LBA (New York)
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in home, school, and community-based settings.
• 2+ years of experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities.
• Experience supervising RBTs and trainees.
• Familiarity with electronic data collection systems and ABA software platforms.
