Qualifications

• •Active or Current CNA certification in Massachusetts
• •At least 1-2 yearsof long term care orskilled nursing experience
• •Availability to work every weekend, overnight shift (11pm to 7am)Friday, Saturday, and Sunday ORSaturday, Sunday, and Monday

Responsibilities

• •Hours: 11pm - 7am
• •Days: Options to work Fri-Sun or Sat-Mon
• •There are free on-site parking options and nearby MBTA access
• •Provides exceptional nursing care under the direction and supervision of an RN or LPN
• •Records vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse, or respiration rate, as part of nursing care plan and enters data into Meditech
• •Communicates with patientsfor assistance or social and emotional support
• •Maintains a safe and hygienic environment as part of the patient
• •Provides physical support to assist patients to perform daily living activities, including but not limited to, getting out of bed, bathing, dressing, toileting, standing, or walking
• •Gathers and documents information from caregivers, nurses, or physicians about patient condition
