At the inpatient level, we care for adults who have mental health disorders and substance use disorders, as well as those whose lives have been impacted by posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) or other effects of trauma. Our inpatient senior care program serves older adults who have been struggling with memory problems and other age-related concerns. We also offer outpatient care for adults age 18 and older. Every patient who is entrusted to our care follows a personalized treatment plan that addresses their unique history, strengths, needs, and goals.
What You’ll Do
• Implement and oversee ABA programming
• Deliver direct ABA services to patients
• Conduct behavioral assessments, including ADOS and other specialized evaluations
• Facilitate daily interdisciplinary team meetings
• Participate in performance improvement and quality initiatives
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based practices and pursue ongoing professional growth
• Attend required meetings, trainings, and annual in-services
• Ensure compliance with all hospital policies, procedures, and ethical standards

• Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with pediatric and adolescent populations
• Clinical competence in providing high-quality ABA services in a structured setting
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Required Credentials
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – active and in good standing

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Assist in the implementation of ABA programming on the Specialized Pediatric Unit
Provides supervision to the Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavioral Health Associates
Trains new staff on ABA techniques
Keeps abreast of advances in treatment and sets appropriate goals for self-improvement
Facilitates daily team meetings
Attends staff meetings as required and completes all yearly mandatory in-services
Provides direct services to the patients on the Specialized Pediatric Unit
Conducts the appropriate assessments including ADOS and other specific assessments in a
timely manner
Participates in performance improvement activities
Follows all hospital policies and procedures
Must maintain license or certification in good standing
Flexible schedule. Possible weekends or evenings when appropriate
Employee will be required to perform other job related duties as assigned by their supervisor
OTHER FUNCTIONS:
Perform other functions and tasks as assigned.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Experience with the development and implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans
Must have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Experience with working with adolescent population
Must be skilled and competent to provide services to the patient.
LICENSES/DESIGNATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) by BACB
CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required (training available upon hire and offered by
facility).
First aid may be required based on state or facility.
