About Hispanic Autism Services of Michigan

We are expanding our center-based services and seeking a committed BCBA who values collaboration, inclusivity, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and families.

What You'll Do
• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to RBTs and Behavior Technicians.
• Deliver parent and caregiver training to ensure consistency and skill generalization.
• Partner with administrative staff to plan staff trainings and ensure compliance with best practices.
• Monitor data and client progress, updating treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain documentation consistent with BACB, LARA, and Medicaid standards.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and team-driven work culture.
What We're Looking For
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification.
• Current Michigan LARA License (required).
• Experience working with school-age children and teens.
• Familiarity with Medicaid-based clients (preferred).
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• A commitment to serving diverse and underserved communities with integrity and compassion.
