Board Certified Behavior Analysts

esponsibilities:
Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized intervention plans tailored to student needs. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to implement ABA strategies within the classroom. Monitor and analyze student progress, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure effectiveness. Provide training and guidance to school personnel on behavior management techniques. Maintain detailed documentation and comply with school policies and ethical standards. Qualifications and Experience:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential is required. Experience working within school environments is highly desired. Strong understanding of behavioral assessment tools and intervention methodologies. Excellent communication skills for collaboration with team members, students, and families.
