You’ll mentor a team of dedicated BCBAs and RBTs, provide high-quality ABA services, and partner with other disciplines to ensure every child receives the best care possible.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead and develop a team of BCBAs and RBTs, providing mentorship, supervision, and support.
• Manage scheduling to ensure balanced caseloads and strong BCBA coverage.
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized therapy programs, and monitor client progress.
• Support RBTs through training, coaching, and supervision.
• Maintain a targeted caseload of 22 therapy hours/week, blending leadership with hands-on clinical work.

What We’re Looking For:
• Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field.
• Behavior Analyst licensure or license eligible, in the state of Illinois
• 3+ years of BCBA experience in a clinic setting
• 1+ years of experience supervising RBTs
