Exciting Opportunity: Behavior Technician
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team for an in-home case supporting a 12-year-old male with Autism in the 33781 area, starting May 20th.
Position Details:
• Client: 12-year-old male with Autism
• Hours: 15 hours per week
• Schedule: Mondays and Wednesdays 4:00 PM - 6:30 PM; Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays 2:00 PM - 6:30 PM
• Location: In-home services (33781 zip code)
• Start Date: May 20th, 2026
Requirements:
• Active RBT certification
• Must have an active Medicaid provider number
• Experience working with young children preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Professional, patient, and dependable demeanor
Responsibilities:
• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in a home setting
• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Accurately collect and record data
• Collaborate effectively with caregivers and the clinical team
