our Day Habilitation programs for adults age 22+ with autism. In this leadership role, you'll mentor clinicians, shape innovative programs, and collaborate with national experts in autism and developmental disabilities.

Your Impact:
• Lead clinical training, supervision, and staff evaluation to ensure top-tier ABA services.
• Track client progress and refine intervention strategies using data-driven insights.
• Stay ahead of ABA research and best practices, integrating new methods into clinical care.
• Maintain the highest ethical standards, ensuring compliance with ABA regulations.
What You Bring:
• Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field.
• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA/BCBA-D).
• 1+ years of experience designing and implementing treatment programs.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of CASP autism guidelines and state regulations.
