Role Description: Part and Full time Positions. Flexible schedule arrangements, including 3 or 4 day work week. Custom schedule for your unique work/life/school balance needs.

This position requires a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the BACB. Bright Mosaic will pay for the training and other costs associated with obtaining your RBT.
• Providing ABA therapy to children with Autism. Individual session/appt durations range from 2 to 4 hours for most appointments.
• Working with a team of RBTs under the Supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement ABA therapy
• Assisting with assessment activities for treatment plans and behavior interventions
• Assisting with activities directly related to behavior analysis and program implementation
• Helping plan general therapy activities
• Other duties, such as marketing events and various projects may be requested of this position
• Making a positive difference in the life of a child with Autism + Building rapport with their family and village of caregivers

• Employees in this position must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs., and the position requires prolonged periods of working at a computer, sitting, standing, walking, bending, and reaching. Sprinting and quick pivoting motions may be required in response to elopement behavior from clients. Staff should be able to sustain a minimum of continuous 3 hour client appointments. In some circumstances, this position may require blocking, redirecting, and tolerating potentially ongoing aggressive behavior from clients.
