Job Description
for students in grades K-5, 6-8, and 9-12.
• Provide 1:1 behavioral support tailored to each student's needs.
• Collect and record data regularly to monitor student progress.
• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions.
• Maintain professional and ethical standards in compliance with RBT certification requirements.
Qualifications:
• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required.
• Experience working with school-aged children across elementary, middle, and high school grade levels.
• Ability to provide personalized 1:1 support effectively.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and data collection procedures.

Responsibilities
- •A school-based position is available for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students across various grade levels
- •This contract role is focused on delivering individualized behavioral interventions and support within a school setting
- •Implement behavioral intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for students in grades K-5, 6-8, and 9-12
- •Provide 1:1 behavioral support tailored to each student's needs
- •Collect and record data regularly to monitor student progress
- •Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions
