Responsibilities

• •The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients and their families during various health stages
• •This includes maintaining professional accountability, evaluating the effectiveness of care, coordinating patient care with other departments, and upholding patient rights and confidentiality
• •The Clinical Coordinator is cross trained in various clinical areas and may serve in a leadership role directing co-workers, evaluating staffing needs, and acting as a liaison for physicians and families
• •The role also involves monitoring productivity standards and may require some on-call hours
