Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree of Nursing
  • One year of direct patient care
  • Current licensure in state of practice
  • BLS
  • Other department certifications may apply
  • Bachelor's Degree of Nursing
  • Three years of direct patient care
  • Position requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs

Responsibilities

  • The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients and their families during various health stages
  • This includes maintaining professional accountability, evaluating the effectiveness of care, coordinating patient care with other departments, and upholding patient rights and confidentiality
  • The Clinical Coordinator is cross trained in various clinical areas and may serve in a leadership role directing co-workers, evaluating staffing needs, and acting as a liaison for physicians and families
