Job Description
SLP Position 1 - Compensatory Services (Travel Required)
• Provide onsite speech therapy across various school locations
• Manage and complete compensatory service caseloads for students Pre-K through 12th grade
• Travel between sites, with a manageable caseload
• Deliver required summer services from June 1 through June 30
SLP Position 2 - Elementary School-Based
• Serve at a single school site focusing on Pre-K through 6th grade
• Caseload approximately 45 to 55 students
• Document services via the Paddynet platform
Additional SLP Roles for the School Year:
• Elementary SLPs (Pre-K to 5th grade):
Assigned to one school, with caseloads of 45-55 students
• Middle School SLPs (6th to 8th grade):
Assigned to one school, with similar caseloads
Core Responsibilities for All Positions:
• Provide speech-language services tailored to students' needs
• Maintain thorough documentation of evaluations, eligibilities, IEPs, and progress data using Paddynet
• Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, staff, and administration through email, phone, and school communication systems
• Coordinate schedules and meetings, including IEPs and parent conferences, utilizing Google Calendar
Preferred Skills & Experience:
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Comfortable with documentation and digital platforms such as Paddynet and Google Calendar
• Experience with evaluation and IEP processes
