Building Block Resolutions (BBR) is a fast‑growing ABA company dedicated to helping children, young adults, and families thrive. We provide 1:1 support to children diagnosed with Autism in home and school settings, always with evidence‑based and compassionate care.
This is an entry‑level position with full training provided. It’s a role that will challenge you and help you grow, both personally and professionally. We’re looking for individuals who are motivated, consistent, and excited to build a career in a clinical environment where every day brings the opportunity to make a real difference.

What The Role Involves
• Direct 1:1 intervention with children with autism and related needs
• Implementing behavior intervention plans with fidelity
• Managing challenging behaviors safely and professionally
• Staying calm, engaged, and supportive during difficult moments
• Accurate data collection and documentation
• Professional communication with supervisors and families
• Adapting to evolving systems, schedules, and clinical software
• Working in in‑home, school, and/or clinic‑based settings
We’re Looking For Candidates With
• A heart for this population
• Resilience under stress
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• Ownership of their professional growth
• Reliability, motivation, and strong follow‑through
• Ability to implement and adapt treatment plans
• Prior experience in ABA or related field (preferred, not required)
• Degree in psychology, education, or related field (a plus)
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (required)
• Spanish language proficiency (able to communicate and perform the role in Spanish)
Schedule Requirement
Available Shifts: Orange County.
Monday–Friday: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM (3 hours each day)
