Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct functional and skill-based assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
• Maintain compliance with ethical, regulatory, and payer standards.
• Proactively improve company clinical standard operating procedures.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Compensation and
Schedule:
• Pay Range: $50,000 - $100,000 per annum
• Full‑Time: 25‑28 hours/week or Part‑Time Available
• Location:
Apex, NC
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Skills and
Qualifications:
• Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Current NC LBA licensure required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience in scope and sequence of early learning curriculum.
• Experience conducting functional and skill‑based assessments.
• Experience identifying goals for in‑center, in‑home, in‑school, in‑community programs for individuals with autism and related disorders.
• Experience providing training and supervision to RBTs and implementing ABA programs in‑home, in‑school, and/or in‑community.
• Experience with parent training and conveying the importance of consistent ABA treatment.
• Experience with insurance‑funded protocols preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives.
