• Implement and supervise behavior plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Collect data and maintain accurate records of client progress
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Provide direct therapy services to clients, including ABA-based activities and exercises
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and staff
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards

Requirements:
• Education: Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field
• Experience: Some experience (new graduates welcome to apply!)
• Certification: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
