Job Description

• Collaborate within group's medical professionals for medication management and refer out to additional providers as needed.
• Offers specialized services such as PTSD, anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, adjustment disorders, working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
• Care through the lifespan: pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric populations.
• Utilize telehealth platforms to expand access to therapy services when applicable.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards related to mental health practice.

Skills
• Proven experience in psychotherapy modalities including CBT, psychodynamic therapy, and behavioral therapy.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, ICD coding (ICD-9/10), CPT coding, and medical records management.
• Excellent management skills with the ability to handle high-stress situations effectively.
• Ability to work with diverse populations including children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
• Effective and excellent communication skills for intake assessments, patient education, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Compassionate approach combined with strong clinical judgment to tailor interventions for individual needs.

Responsibilities
