What You’ll Do
• Conduct assessments & create treatment plans
• Provide caregiver guidance & family support
• Supervise and mentor RBTs/BTs
• Develop & implement behavior support plans
• Collect and analyze data to drive outcomes
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

What You Bring
• Active BCaBA certification (BACB & state, if applicable)
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Strong communication & leadership skills
• Experience as a practicing BCaBA preferred
