Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Communication Disorders (Speech Pathology emphasis) or equivalent.
• Licensed by the Minnesota Department of Health (temporary license acceptable for Clinical Fellows).
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass a DHS background check.
• Commitment to promoting diversity, inclusion, and culturally responsive practices.
Responsibilities:
• Provide evaluations and re-evaluations as appropriate and within 30 days of Doctor's order and establish appropriate treatment goals.
• Provide therapeutic treatment according to the Doctor's orders.
• Communicate with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress.
• Collaborates closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) practitioners.
• Maintain clean equipment and in good repair.
• Communicate with funding sources as directed by the clinical accounts receivable staff to assure reimbursement of services being delivered.

Compensation:
• The starting pay for a licensed SLP is $70,000- $73,000 annually, actual pay will depend on qualifications, with the opportunity to earn up to an additional $20,000 in productivity bonuses.
• The pay for a Clinical Fellow is $65,000 annually
• $2,000 hiring bonus (paid in two installments and contingent on performance)
• Productivity Incentive Bonus (additional quarterly bonuses based on performance and contributions)
