Job Description

mary Duties:

• Provide clinical training, supervision, feedback, and support for all clinic BCBAs and BTs/RBTs

• Lead clinical review meetings with the team and guide data-based decision-making for client programming

• Conduct routine quality assurance checks on BT/RBT/BCBA service provision, utilization of authorized service hours, client progress, and support needs

• Maintain a schedule of approximately 20 billable hours/week, including programming, supervision, family training, and coordination of care for caseload

• Collaborate with Clinic Manager to support client and family scheduling, maintenance of clinic property, and clinic operations

• Attend regular progress report meetings with the Clinical Director

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field

• Current BCBA certification and in good standing with the Behavior Analysis Certification Board

• Current LBA license in the state of Kansas required

• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory BCBA experience preferred

• Ability to be on-site between the hours of 8 am-5 pm* (*hours may vary by site)

• Maintain CPR/FA certification

• Maintain SafetyCare certification as needed

Necessary Skills:

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Strong leadership skills and comfortability with providing feedback

• Experience in diverse areas of ABA service delivery including assessment, skill acquisition programming, challenging behavior support, and coordination of care

• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Chorus (Note), and other web-based applications required for job duties

    • The Clinic Director is responsible for daily clinical operations and direct service delivery within their designated clinic
