Little Spurs Autism Centers is seeking a passionate, collaborative Assistant BCBA Clinical Director to join our growing team in Westover Hills, San Antonio. Our Clinical Leaders focus on providing our BCBA team with mentorship and support so they can focus on being clinicians first. This includes prioritizing ethical caseloads, meaningful family collaboration, and full operational support so our team can focus on delivering high-quality and impactful ABA services.

What You'll Do
• Conduct assessments and ongoing evaluations
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans for a minimal caseload
• Support the BCBA Clinical Director in quarterly and yearly clinical performance reviews
• Conduct regular coaching and mentorship check ins with BCBA team
• Provide caregiver training and support
• Oversee the BCBA Intern, BCBA training, and RBT training programs
• With the direction and support of the BCBA Clinical Director, provide leadership, training, clinical support and guidance to a team of BCBAs at your assigned location
• Monitor on floor quality of services and provide in the moment coaching and feedback
• Ensure ethical, assent-based ABA service delivery
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers
• Maintain clinical documentation and payer compliance

Required Qualifications
• Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, social work, or a related field
• Active BCBA certification in good standing
• Current Texas LBA
• Minimum of 1+ years of experience providing direct BCBA services
• Previous leadership experience
• Strong, ethical clinical judgment and a commitment to assent-based ABA
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check
