Part-Time Behavior Therapist for Children with Autism

In this role, you will work one-on-one with children with Autism, teaching skills and reducing problem behaviors using a plan developed by a BCBA supervisor. This is an entry-level position, and experience in Applied Behavior Analysis is not required. We provide excellent paid training and ongoing supervision to ensure your success.

Compensation and Benefits
• Part-time position with a starting wage of \(20 - \)23 per hour
• Up to $29 per hour after passing the additional Parent Consultation certification
• Flexible hours available from 2 pm - 8 pm, Monday to Friday
• Paid drive time and mileage when traveling between clients
• Paid training including the 40-hour RBT training, which meets BACB standards

Responsibilities
• Work one-on-one with children to teach skills and reduce problem behaviors
• Follow and implement plans developed by BCBA supervisors
• Attend training and supervision sessions as required
• Maintain accurate records of sessions and data collection
• Communicate effectively with families as needed

Qualifications
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or higher
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Availability to work at least 2+ weekday afternoons
• Vaccination not required
